1. Service Cancellation
1.1. SEO Consulting and Management Services
- Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your SEO consultation or management service, please notify us in writing via email at least 7 days prior to the start of the service. Cancellations within this time frame allow us to avoid disruptions in scheduling and planning.
- Cancellation by BrainyWit: In situations where payment obligations are unmet, or our Terms and Conditions are violated, BrainyWit reserves the right to cancel services. Payments made up to that point will not be refunded under these circumstances.
1.2. Custom SEO Services
- Cancellation by Client: Custom SEO services require in-depth planning and resource allocation, so we ask that any cancellations be made within 5 days of signing the service agreement. For cancellations beyond this timeframe, a fee equivalent to 50% of the project cost will apply.
- Cancellation by BrainyWit: If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the agreed services, we will cancel the service and provide a full refund of any payments made.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. SEO Services
- Non-Refundable Services: Given the detailed nature of SEO work, which includes planning, research, and execution, refunds are generally not issued once work has started.
- Partial Refunds: If a service is canceled by the client before significant work has been conducted, a partial refund may be considered. The amount refunded will reflect the scope of completed work as of the cancellation date.
2.2. Digital Products
- Non-Refundable Products: Purchases of digital products, such as guides or checklists, are final and non-refundable, given the instant access provided.
- Technical Assistance: Should you experience technical difficulties accessing a digital product, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for assistance. We will provide technical support or, if necessary, alternative solutions to ensure access.
3. Payment Disputes
3.1. Chargebacks
For any concerns related to payments or service dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to reach out directly to BrainyWit. This allows us to understand and address your issues, minimizing the need for chargebacks.
3.2. Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute, BrainyWit will review and provide any relevant documentation for resolution. If the dispute is resolved in the client’s favor, a refund will be processed as appropriate.
